This art project delves into the exploration of coping with the darkness that arises within our minds. Drawing inspiration from metacognitive therapy and personal experiences, it serves as an introspective journey, aiming to shed light on the process of acknowledging and accepting the presence of negative thoughts, while concurrently embracing the notion of living alongside them.

Ouroboros was showcased at the Debut Fest 2023, which took place at Huset in Copenhagen on September 3rd.
